Description
– Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat according to the client’s wishes;
– Chop and slice raw meat with electric cutting equipment;
– Assort meat and poultry for presentation on display;
– Tying and wrapping the meat;
– Check stocks and inventory the sold products;
– Respect hygiene and storage conditions.
– Be familiar with Sheftalia preparation.
Permanent position full time – Education: secondary – Salary: 17,00$/hour
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a butcher
Looking for employee able to handle peak periods and autonomous. Must value teamwork. Job that requires good physical fitness (must stand for long periods).
