Description
Canadate should have a good understanding of cooking and preparing Greek foods, steaks, seafood, appetizers, pasta,desserts and breads. Making of pizza, pizza dough is also required. Must be able to work in a fast paced enviroment and able to supervise 1-5 people. Canadate must have 3-5 years experience perferablly in a Greek restaurant. Duties include cooking and handling all dining room and take out orders and keeping a clean and organized enviroment. Able to come up with Greek inspired specials. Also training new hires.
