You will be responsible for providing care to my 2 Year old and 2 Months old daughters.
Child Ages – Toddler to pre-school (2 Years & 2 Months)
Work setting – Employer’s home – S.W. Calgary, (AB)
Work Site Environment – Non-smoking
Personal Suitability – Organized, Reliability, Excellent oral communication
Position Type – Permanent/Full-time/40 Hrs per week
These are some skills we are looking for:
Job Duties – Tend to emotional well-being of children, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for infants, Prepare infants and children for rest periods, Supervise and care for children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Bathe, dress and feed infants and children.
Additional Skills – Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents.
Credentials – CPR Certificate, First Aid (Preferred but Optional)
Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience – 1 year to 2 years
Languages – English
Salary – $15 – $16/hr based on experience.
Benefit – 2 week paid vacation/year
