We are looking for well experienced Bakers to work for our company Baxter’s Bakery located at 740 Division St Northam Industrial Park Building 1 W Cobourg, ON K9A 0H6, Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Produce muffins, biscuits, cookies, swiss rolls and other specialty items as per instructions.

● Package and pallet products according to instructions.

● Follow all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) requirements.

● Apply glazes, icings, or other toppings to baked goods using approved utensils.

● Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards and inspect food service areas.

● Ensure baking is performed to the proper standard and specification.

● Follow all food safety practices for raw and ready-to-eat (RTE) product production.

● Assist in any other duties as required.

Prerequisites:

Education:                                Secondary certificate or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:                 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language                                 English

Physical:

Hourly Rate: $ 16.55 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
