Position: Heavy Equipment Operator (Custom Crushing Department)

Location: 4721 Line 64, Milverton ON  

Vacancies: 1

Our organization is currently looking for a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our

Custom Crushing Department. This is a full-time position that offers the possibility of an

immediate start date. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for professional

growth and development within our organization.

Responsibilities:

– Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment

– Perform regular maintenance on equipment

– Complete daily paperwork in a professional manner

– Communicate any supply needs to ensure a safe and productive environment

– Operate heavy equipment to feed a crushing plant

Qualifications:

– Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment

– Proficient in equipment maintenance

– Proficient in equipment maintenance and able to perform routine repairs and inspections

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crew

members

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced

environment.

– Ability to work flexible hours and travel to different project sites as required

Compensation and Benefits:

– Competitive hourly wage of $36 per hour
