'Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $17.65 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as Dossibic
Location: 970 Smithe St. Vancouver B.C. V6Z 0A4
Education: No formal cducation is required
Experience: 2 years of experience is required
Languages: Wntten and Spoken English are required
Duties:
~ Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
~Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef
~Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
~Oversee kitchen operations
~Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
~May set up and oversee buffets
~May clean kitchen and work area
~May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
~May hire and train kitchen staff.
