Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $15.00~$17.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 202 – 1133 4th Street, Estevan, SK S4A 0W6

Job Duties:

• Establish work schedules and protocols
• Supervise food service staff to ensure proper food preparation and portioning
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage
• Ensure that both food and service adhere to quality control standards
• Handle customer complaints or issues
• Train food service staff in their duties, sanitation practices, and safety protocols

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
