food service supervisor

1299916 B.C. Ltd. DBA Bar Burrito is looking for 3 Full-time Food Service Supervisors to work at 2627 Cliffe Ave. suite Unit B Courtenay, BC V9N 2L8 . Salary is 18.50 dollars per hour and no of hours are 40 per week.(Even though this is a full timeposition, part time job seekers are encouraged to apply.)

Job Duties:

•Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and servefood

•Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required

•Establish methods to meet work schedules

•Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

•Train staffin job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

•Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience infood preparation or service are required or completion of college program in foodservice adminisration, restauant business or related business.
