Aeris Air Conditioning Ltd. is currently looking for 2 Full Time, Permanent Sheet Metal Worker to join their team as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read engineering and architectural drawings, sketches, and work specifications.
• Measure and mark sheet metal according to drawings or templates.
• Create patterns for sheet metal using computer-assisted design (CAD) software.
• Use machines like shears, brakes, punches, and drill presses (including CNC equipment) to cut, bend, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal.
• Operate computerized laser or plasma cutting machines to cut sheet metal.
• Assemble sheet metal parts by riveting, welding, soldering, or similar methods to make products like ventilation shafts, exhaust hoods, and air ducts.
• Install sheet metal products according to building codes and specifications.
• Grind and polish seams, joints, and rough surfaces.
• Inspect products and installations to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• A college diploma and/or certificate is in related field will be an asset.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience is required.

Salary:              $32.00/ hourly
