Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $34.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 2038 Rocking Horse Pl, Nanoose Bay, BC V9P 9C2

Job Duties:

• Oversee and evaluate the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient management of food and beverage services.
• Define the scope of services offered and establish operational policies and procedures accordingly.
• Negotiate and coordinate agreements with suppliers to secure food and essential supplies.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
• Plan and manage work schedules to optimize staff productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and financial performance, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
