Position: Food Services Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $23-$28/hour (depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40hrs
Benefits:
- 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Resolve customer complaints
Job requirements:
- 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
