Description
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15 – $18/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
Benefits:
· 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
· Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of operations
· Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns
· Supervise the activities of staffs and train workers in performance of duties
· Involve in the recruitment of food service worker when required
· Keep the records of stock, sales, and work hours of employees
· Establish work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees
· Check the food and service are met the quality control standards
Educational Requirements:
· Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
· 2~ 3 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
Language Requirements:
· English
