3 Restaurant Managers Required ASAP
A&W Mill Bay, BC is looking for a permanent full-time 3 Rrestaurant Managers to start immediately. Starting wage is 20.00$ – 25.00$ per hour and will be reviewed periodically with potential increases based on performance.
Hours of work – 32-40 per week, overtime if required.
Job Location: 828 Deloume Road, Mill Bay, BC V0R 2P0
Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible
Job Type: Full-time, 2 years permanent position
Benefits: PHSP Plan — extended health benefits, $1000 after completion of training
Education: College diploma or secondary education combined with experience
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Develop, implement and analyze budgets
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
Essential Requirements:
- Experience – One year of supervisory or management experience
- Education – College diploma or secondary education combined with experience
- Language – English
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail for customer care and financial bottom line
