Salary: $21.50 Hourly
Job Type: Full-Time & Permanent (At-least 30 Hours Weekly)

Experience: At-least 1 year of work experience in a similar job or field of work

Job Description:
– Responsible for looking after day-to-day business activities and ensure adherence office procedures
– Prepare correspondence, draft letters, and prepare invoices etc. and submit the same for review by business managers before it is sent to clients
– Review any documents, letters and correspondence received and file the same following appropriate office procedures
– Provide administrative support to business managers and other staff members of the company
– Order supplies for office supplies or contact maintenance contractors like office maintenance, information technology contractors etc., as and when required
– Answer client phone calls, relay appropriate updates and/or information and reply to e-mails received
– Ensure all correspondence pertaining to company's clients are properly organized in computerized system as well as in manual files as per predefined office procedures
– Greet any client or person who visit company's office and direct them to the appropriate person
– Schedule and/or confirm appointments, when required
– Attend management meetings, make notes and prepare meeting minutes for future refrence
– Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and any other correspondence
– Develop, prepare and monitor appropriate bi-wekly and monthly reports using computerized systems
– Prepare appropriate reports & documentation as per predefined company procedures
– Perform any other relevant job duties as instructed by business managers
