Mander Interiors Inc. has been a professional interior contractor and home builder in Winnipeg since 2016. We are a dedicated team that provides top-quality work to help many builders in the city finish their projects—and yes, we build houses, too! Currently, we are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to join our fast-growing team.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Employer: Mander Interiors Inc
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: 26/hr based on 32 to 40 hours a week with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk
Work location: 119 Simkin Dr, Winnipeg, Manitoba, MB R2P2L3
Work Setting: Construction Company
Position available: 1
Education: 1-2 years of college program or equivalent experience
Experience: 2-3 years working experience
Job duties:
- Open and distribute mail, paycheques, bills and other materials between working sites and vendors
- Manage contracts
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Oversee payroll administration
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Other assigned tasks
Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
