Salary:

$41,500 per annum– to be paid on monthly basis. The gross salary paid will be subject to all applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions.

Vacation:

4 % of the gross salary

Hours of Work:

32.5 Hours a week. Overtime rate (X1.5) applicable after 44 hours of work per week

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administrative procedures and facilitate administrative support tasks including meeting planning, task delegations, calendar establishments, scheduling & confirming appointments & preparing for meetings.                                                                                                                                                                                  
  • Screening the incoming emails, post, reply or forwarding them; Composing and distributing routine correspondence.
  • Workorders follow through for the IT and technical support projects and report compliance to the specifications as required.
  • Work directly with operations manager for the work order intake and help in preparing priority lists
  • Assisting in maintaining, assembling and preparing marketing presentations and materials.
  • Complete & review all administrative paperwork for the projects, obtaining client signatures upon retainer and completion of the assignment and dispensing as appropriate.
  • Assist in invoicing, filing and providing electronic receipts.
  • Replenish office stationery, postage & couriers, supplies, packing material etc. as required.

Specific Job Requirements

  • 7-12 months of experience in an administrative position is required
  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess an understanding and working knowledge of MS Office suite to include Excel, Word, and Outlook.
