Position: Office Administrator
Duration/Type: Full Time- 30-40 hours per week
Location: Niagara Falls, ON L2E 4B9
Salary: $27.00 per hour–The gross salary paid will be subject to all applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions.
Other Benefits: None; other than employer EI & CPP contributions
Hours of Work: 30-40 Hours a week. Overtime applicable at therate of 1.5 after 44 hours of work per week
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:
•To Administer work operations and take care work procedures being followed properly
•Implementing any new procedures as per management policies
•Planning for office services, such as supplies, forms, parking, maintenance, and security services
•Responsible for any correspondence within or outside office.
•To work with and assist bookkeeper in preparation of statistical, financial, and accounting reports
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Expereince: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience is required
