Job Description:

Kraft Mortgages Canada Inc. is currently hiring 1 full-time Administrative Records Manager to join their team in Surrey, British Columbia as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

  • Plan, put together, direct, control and assess the tasks of the business in relation to administration requirements.
  • Direct and advise staff by providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources and administrative services as needed.
  • Direct and control corporate administration and monitoring compliance procedures within establishment.
  • Plan, direct and control financial plans for clients, vendor agreements and other supplies
  • Compile data for reports and get the reports ready for briefs for management evaluating administrative services as needed.
  • Interview, hire and oversee training for staff

• Completion of high school is required.
• Minimum 3-4  year of related experience is required.
