The Menya Kouji Group is proud to continually introduce a different style of ramen that in Japan to the rest of the world. We successfully open and operate three ramen restaurants in metro Vancouver area. Currently we are looking for a full time Administrative secretary to join our team at Menya Kouji Enterprises Inc.
Job Duties:
· Receive incoming telephone calls, mail, emails from employees, suppliers and reply or direct to the directors or the other management staffs
· Assist in the planning and preparation of report for budgeting, sales, etc.
· Coordinate staff meeting and schedule appointment for company management
· Prepare office documents such as meeting minutes, purchase order, invoices, etc.
· Manage office and shop supplies, maintain inventory record
· Perform variety of administrative duties to support the management
Requirements:
· Completion of secondary school is required
· One or two year college diploma or work experience in administration, secretaries or related
· Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
· Ability to work independently and Detail Oriented
· Proficient in basic computer skills include Microsoft Office
Wage, Working Hours, Benefit:
· Wage: $22.00/hour
· Hour: 35.00hrs/week
· Permanent and Full-time position
