This expansion allows GoldenHome to extend its reach to more customers in Canada, and firmly establish the GolenHome Cabinet brand offering beautiful, high-quality modern cabinetry at affordable prices to more families.

We offer customized cabinets design from 5 series ranging from Classic to Luxury. And there’s 30 more colour options to satisfy customers’ needs. Indeed, we also have cooperation with commercial partners for long-term strategic cooperation opportunities in large-scale projects.  

Currently, we would like to invest more targeted resources in professional modern kitchen solution & services integration and profitable business solutions to provide for all GoldenHome partners and clients in North America. Therefore, we decided to recruit an experienced person in administrative support service or relevant industry.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Plan, organize and coordinate the operations of other departments and provide several administrative services
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Responsible for connecting the designer and the decoration team to ensure that the information is transmitted in a timely manner
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Participate in assisting in the layout of the visiting room, and regularly participate in design exhibitions to maintain certain knowledge

Minimum qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in arts, business administration or a related field is required
  • Minimum five years experience in an administrative service role, experience in events planning, coordination will be preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and standard corporate software is preferred
  • Expeirence in business management, corporate policy establishment, with abilities to simplify and improve operations efficiencies
  • Experience of participating in industry fairs and seminars, trade shows will be highly preferrable
  • Knowledge of cabinets, exposure to purchasing and procurement, manufacturing industry would be considered an asset
  • Strong collaboration & team skills and in-depth analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel regionally and internationally
