Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.00~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 70-1395 Hillside Drive, Kamloops, BC V2E 2R7

 

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of food service staff
• Estimate and order ingredients, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Address customers’ complaints and concerns
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Recruit and train food service staff in their job duties, as well as sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain high quality standards for food and service

 

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
• Language: English
