Job roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including customer service, staff performance, and food quality. 2. Hire, train, and schedule staff, ensuring that all roles are filled efficiently and that staff perform their duties to the company’s standards.
3. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues and maintaining a welcoming environment.
4. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that the restaurant maintains adequate stock of food, beverages, and cleaning supplies.
5. Oversee the restaurant's budget, manage expenses, track sales, and ensure profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers. 7. Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and maintain the loyalty of existing ones.
8. Conduct ongoing training for staff to improve skills, knowledge, and customer service, ensuring they are up-to-date with restaurant policies and procedures.
9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
10. Provide regular reports to senior management on restaurant performance, staff issues, customer feedback, and operational challenges
