Work Experience: You have at least 3 years of management and leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices. Have the ability to maintain the financial well-being of your operation by meeting food cost and labor goals on a consistent basis. You really dig into the data to analyze and find root causes, issues, or opportunities for your business and work to make any needed improvements.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- You want to make your customer's day and it shows in the way you are maniacal about serving amazing pizza with a great big smile.

Job Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Completion of a secondary school is required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with client focus
- Ability to work under pressure
- High standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to supervise 5-10 people
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Ability to work long hours standing as well as complete physically demanding work as required
