438050 BC Ltd DBA Rickys Walnut Grove Restaurant is looking for 1 Full-time Assistant manager at 8750
204 Street, Langley, B.C, V1M 2Y5.(Even though this position is full-
time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 29 dollars per hour and no. of hours
are 40 per week.
Main duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering
Employment requirements:
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required. Several years of experience in the foodservice sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
