Assistant Manager, Restaurant

Spice 72 Indian Restaurant & Lounge Ltd. is currently looking for a Permanent, Full-Time Assistant Manager, Restaurant to join their team as soon as possible.

Main Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct and control day to day operations of the restaurant.
• Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Hire, train and instruct staff.
• Monitor the performance of staff and prepare a work schedule.
• Organize and maintain Inventory
• Handle customer complaints.
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Research new suppliers and negotiate prices of food and other supplies.
• Participate in marketing plans and procedures.

 Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of college program related to hospitality will be an asset.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience required. 

Salary:              $35.00/hour
