Apna Chaat House is looking for One Permanent, Full time Assistant Manager to assist in running our new and growing restaurant and could join immediately.
Location: 112-7500, 120 Street, Surrey BC Canada. V3W 3N1
Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $24.50 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Permanent Full-Time
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
- Manages staff service activities, resources, budget and scheduling
- Conducts recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluation
- Maintains and promotes updated knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures and cash management activities
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Determine type of services to be offered
- Implement operational procedures
- Handle staff and customer complaints
Skills and Education:
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Completion of Secondary School
