Description
Position: Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $16~$20/hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 35-44 hours/week
Benefits:
· 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Prepares an extensive variety of foods utilizing standardized recipes
· Estimate food requirement and costs
· Observe food service areas including kitchen
· Ensure that kitchen staff and helpers provide accurate services
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
· Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized
· May involve in training staffs in preparation, handling and cooking of food
· May involve in recruitment and hiring of new staffs
Educational Requirements:
· Completion of Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
· 2~ 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
Language Requirements:
· English
