Located in Ajax and Oshawa Ontario, MB Master services all makes of vehicles however is certified to repair German Vehicles, and in particular, certified for Mercedes Benz repairs.
This unique mechanic shop is known for quality in its services and employs comprised of talented and dedicated individuals.
MB Master Auto is currently looking for two Automotive Body Painters to join the team based out of Oshawa Ontario. The Automotive Body Painter is responsible for repainting surfaces, and preparing automotive body surfaces for priming and painting.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan painting work to be performed;
- Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams;
- File, grind and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools;
- Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting;
- Mix paint, blend and match colours;
- Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brush or spray guns.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
· Must have at least 1 year of experience in the automotive painting trade;
· Must be well organized and punctual;
· Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
