Baik Mi Korean Restaurant is looking for F/T Food Services Manager.
Position:
Food Services Manager
Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent
Wage:
$25-$27/hour (depending on Experience)
Working hours:
30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Deal with customer complains
- Make sure for health and safety regulations are followed well
- Maintain inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Plan staff work schedules and supervise staff performance
- Participate in recruiting staff and overseeing staff training
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant service.
Experience requirements:
2~3 years of experience in the food service sector are required.
Educational Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
