Position:
Cook (Japanese Kitchen Cook)
Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent
Wage:
$17/ hour
Hours:
30 – 40 hours/week
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete foods utilizing standardized recipes
- Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized
- Oversee kitchen operation
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Ensure that staffs are thoroughly trained on each menu item
- May assist in recruitment and hiring of new staffs
Educational Requirements:
Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
2~ 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
Language Requirements:
English
