Bakery Plant Supervisor
Requirements of the position:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Several years (2~3 years) of experience in the food, beverage or associated products processing industry are required.
Main duties:
-Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of production workers who process, package, test and grade Inno foods products;
-Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments
-Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
-Requisition materials and supplies
-Train new production workers in job duties, safety procedures and Inno foods' safety policy
-Prepare production and other reports.
Working hour & Wage: 30 hours per week for $26.92 per hour (full-time/permanent position)
(Overtime rate starts after 40 hours per week for $40.38)
Benefit: 10days paid vacation or 4% of vacation fee and Extended Health Benefit.
