East Van Brewing Company is a Vancouver based producer of fine brews branded for its namesake community in which it draws its inspiration, we are currently looking for 1 Full time Bar Manager for our location at 1675 Venables St, Vancouver, BC V5L 2H1.
Job details
Location: 1675 Venables St, Vancouver, BC V5L 2H1
Salary: $25.00 / hour
Vacation Pay: As per B.C. Employment Standards Act
Vacancies: 1

Education: Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year

Manages the day-to-day bar operations in the restaurant, Serves as an educator, as well as an inspirational, committed, and responsible leader to the restaurant’s front-of-house teams, Maintains exceptional bar cleanliness and equipment to optimal specifications, Prepares for and inspires staff to deliver a memorable beverage experience, Delivers superior customer service through effective training and education, Leads by example by delivering superior consistent customer service and hospitality, Maximizes resources and inventories by managing cost and maintaining and monitoring inventory and budget to ensure the best use of inventory and allocation of expenses, Develops a strong rapport with agents and distillers, Drives positive results and aligns with business goals, Under the direction of the Restaurant Director, initiates and executes special projects as required
