Position Info:

• Position: Retail Store Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $22.00~$24.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 6414 Bruce St, West Vancouver, BC V7W 2G6

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
• Manage payments and merchandise returns.
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
• Train or plan for the training of new sales workers, as well as monitor and report on their performance.
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, and signing for deliveries.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
