Job Duties:
- Recruit, train, and oversee team members
- Establish and determine the strategies of services and implement operational procedures
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Control and monitor revenues and adapt procedures and prices
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Manage and evaluate employee performance
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
