Benatra Jewelry & Fashion is seeking F/T Retail Sales Supervisor
Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hour/week
Wage: $21/hour
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff
- Assign sales staff to duties and set their work schedule
- Resolve issues that may occur including customer requests, complaints and supply shortage
- Maintain inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train new staff and oversee and report on employee performance
- Ensure the visual quality of the store is maintained
- Perform key holding and managerial duties
Job requirements:
- 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary School
