Description
Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hour/week
Wage: $20.25~$23.25 /hour (depending on experience)
Benefits:
- 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Ideal candidates should supervise and co-ordinate sales for staff
- Assign employees to duties and prepare work schedule
- Candidate should be able to resolve issues that may occur, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortage
- Maintain inventory and order merchandise
- Candidate need to hire and train new staff and oversees and report on employee performance
- Making sure to maintain visual standard of the store
- Candidate need to perform as key holder and managerial duties.
Job requirements:
- 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary School
