BOEDL FOOD LTD dba Snug Cove General Store is looking for full-time Retail Sales Supervisor
Position Info:
- Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $21~$23/hour (depending on Experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 471 Trunkroad, Bowen Island BC, V0N 1G0
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise and assign sales staff and cashiers to duties.
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
- Solve issues including requests and complaints from customers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment and inventories.
- May perform managerial duties such as opening and closing the store, implementing marketing strategies.
- Hire and train new staff and monitor the performance of staff.
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience of retail trade is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
