Boucherie Self Storage& Bottle Depot is looking for Residential Cleaning Service Manager.
Position: Residential Cleaning Service Manager- Bottle Depot Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $22.80 – $27.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate depot staffs and cashiers
- Assign bottle depot staffs to duties and prepare work schedules
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortage
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of depot staffs ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient production that meets performance standards as set out by regional recycling
- Plan, organize, evaluate daily operations
- Develop production schedules and maintain inventory of recycling products
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Educational Requirements:
- Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
- 1~2 years of related experience is required.
