Breka Bakery & Café is looking for F/T Bakers.
Position: Baker
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $17.00 ~ 18.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Make dough for pies, bread rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cakes and icings and frostings to standardized recipes.
- Bake mixed doughs and batters
- Frost and decorate the cakes and other baked goods
- Meet established standards by ensuring quality of products
- Order baking supplies
- Establish production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods
- Review and check sales and merchandising of baked goods
- Train, recruit and supervise kitchen staff
Job requirements:
- 2~3 years of commercial baking experience is required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
