Broadway Station Sushi is looking for F/T Chef.
Position Info:
- Position: Chef
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $18~$23/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 101-1638 East Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5N 1W1
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise cooks and kitchen staffs in food preparation, garnishing and presentation
- Estimate and order ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Ensure food quality control
- Maintain records of food cost, consumption, sales, and inventory
- Prepare and cook meals and special dishes for special occasions
- Create new menus
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
