BS4U Japanese Restaurant LTD dba Broadway Station Sushi is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.00 – $18.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Keep records of amount and cost of foods served and hours worked by employees
- Plan and devise methods to meet work schedules
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of staffs
- Train staff in their job duties and sanitation procedures
- Order ingredients and supplies when there are shortages
- Inspect serving areas and foods to ensure qualities are met
- Involve in the recruitment of food service worker when required
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
Experience Requirements:
- 2~ 3 years work experience in food preparation or service are required.
Language Requirements:
- English
