We, Great Dane Coffee located in Vancouver, BC, are currently seeking experienced Café Manager.

Working (Business) Location: 6011 Walter Gage Rd. Vancouver, BC, V6T 0B4
Position: Café Manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~40 hours per week)
Wage: $28.85 per hour
Responsibilities:
– Plan, organize and control daily operations and activities
– Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, cleaning supplies, etc
– Monitor revenues to determine expense cost
– Set staff work schedule and monitor staff performance
– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
– Negotiate with clients for catering or events
– Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school
– 3 years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience
– Able to communicate in English
