Job Description:

L2 Exterior is hiring two Full-time Carpenters to join their team in Burnaby, British Columbia as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

• Interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine precise measurements, layout, and materials for siding and exterior finishes

• Install various types of siding including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, and engineered panels, ensuring weather resistance and code compliance
• Construct and repair exterior frameworks such as soffits, fascia, cladding and trim
• Fit and mount exterior doors, windows, and flashing, maintaining airtight seals and proper drainage
• Safely operate hand and power tools including nail guns, saws, drills, and scaffolding systems
•  Keep job sites clean, organized, and secure while following strict safety and building code standards
• Mentor apprentices or junior workers, providing guidance on installation techniques and safety protocols
• Diagnose and replace rotted or damaged siding, trim, and framing with precision and minimal disruption to existing finishes

Employment requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 2-3 years of related experience is required
