CARPENTER NEEDED
Kuiler Contracting Ltd. located in Chilliwack, BC is looking for one Carpenter to join their team. This is a full time Monday – Friday position. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in carpentry or a related trade.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Handling heavy loads
Work Location Information: Various locations
Work Site Environment: At heights, Noisy, Dusty
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Values and ethics, Team player, Accurate, Judgement, Reliability, Excellent oral communication, Effective interpersonal skills
Specific Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements, Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools, Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials, Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
