Wage: $28.85/hour

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 32 to 40 hours/week.

Start date: as soon as possible.

 

 

Job Duties:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements, Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools, 

Build foundations, install floor beams, lay sub-flooring and erect walls and roof systems, 

Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware, 

Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites, 

Survey building locations and levels, 

Supervise other workers.

 

 

Education & Experience:

• No degree certificate or diploma.  

• 1 years to less than 2 year experience
