Carwash Supervisor

We are looking for a well-experienced Carwash Supervisor for Thornhill Hyundai, located at 7200 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON L4J 1V8, Canada. You may be required to work at other locations in the region.

 No. of Position: 01

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the car wash team to ensure efficient service and high-quality results.
• Inspect vehicles and wash areas to ensure safety standards and cleanliness protocols are followed.
• Train, and manage car wash staff, ensuring proper technique and customer service.
• Oversee the scheduling of shifts and coordinate with other departments to meet service demand.
• Maintain the car wash budget, track expenses, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Handle customer requests for special services and ensure timely, accurate billing for additional tasks.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               Secondary (High) School Completion or equivalent work experience

Experience & Skills:                 1 year to less than 2 years

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate:                             $ 34.10 to $ 40.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date:                           As soon as possible

Terms of Employment:             Fulltime and permanent
