Conditions:
- Position: Chef (Full-Time, Permanent position)
- Working hours: 30-40 hours per week (shifted schedule)
- Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
- Hourly Wage: $19.00/hour
- Vacation: 10 days paid holidays per year or 4% gross salary
- Position Available: 1
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Experience; 3 years or more in commercial cooking experience
- Language: English is required

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook various types of authentic Italian Scrocchiarella such as Trastevere Bianco, Margherita, Fede, Caprese etc.
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Create new recipes and determine how to present the food
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- Determine size of food portions
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
