Chester's Fried Chicken is looking for F/T Cook.
Position:
Cook
Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent
Wage:
$15.00 – $18.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
30- 40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
- Extended health care benefit with comprehensive coverages is to be provided after 3 months of full-time employment.
Job Duties:
- Monitor kitchen and food service area
- Keep the environment clean and sanitized
- Supervise kitchen helpers
- Train other kitchen helpers in preparation, cooking and handling food items
- Recruit and hire other staffs
- Prepares complete meals and all our menu items
- Plan new menu items, regulate size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and purchase supplies
- Order kitchen supplies and equipment when needed
- Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Educational Requirements:
Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
2~3 years work experience as a commercial cooking experience is required
Language Requirements:
English
