Chester's Fried Chicken is seeking Food Service Supervisor.
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.50 ~ $19.00/hr (depending on experience)
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hrs/week
Benefits:
- 4% Vacation pay
- Extended health care benefit with comprehensive coverages is to be provided after 3 months of full-time employment
Job Duties:
- Resolve customers’ complaints and work-related issues
- Schedule and supervise activities of staff
- Order ingredients, supplies, and equipment as required
- Provide leadership and training for both new and existing team members
- Maintain inventory records, repairs, sales and wastage
- Ensure food service and quality control are met
- Establish work schedules
Experience requirements:
- 2~3 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements:
- English
