Description
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.00/hour
Hours: 30- 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
Job Duties:
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules for staff
- Come up with methods to meet and maintain work schedules
- Ensure sanitation and safety procedures within the restaurant
- Hire food service staff and train staff in job duties
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Educational Requirements: Completion of Secondary school is required.
Experience Requirements: 1~2 years work experience in food preparation or service is required.
Language Requirements: English
